What file formats do you accept?

We accept DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF, and PNG. All files must be placed into a folder and zipped for upload.

How do I stay informed with notifications?

Easy! Join our Mailing List for up-to-date info on deadlines, winner announcements, and occasional updates.

I’m part of a team. Can we apply together?

Yes. We accept any collaboration as one. In the application, click the Team checkbox. You may list all team members in the Tell us more box.

Can I submit more than one application per cycle?

Yes. We understand that creativity is a diverse process, so you are welcome to submit as many applications as you like. Please understand that each application is judged individually and will require its own fee.

Do the 3-5 images/documents need to be from the same project, or should they be from different projects?

It’s up to you; we are flexible as to what you feel would best represent your craft. They can be from a single project or from different projects that express your creative range.

How will my work be judged?

We commission a panel of seasoned publishing professionals (authors, publishers, and designers) to carefully review and evaluate each applicant’s work. Names are kept confidential during this process. Your 250-500 word summary is most helpful when making the final decision!
